All Clan Varghmir items are made to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size

• Change of mind

• Ordering mistakes

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

 

⚔️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: contact@varghmir.com 

Include clear photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the case and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

⚔️ Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

Once a digital file has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will provide a working file.

 

⚔️ European Union – Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days.

However, this does not apply to:

• Made-to-order items

• Digital products once delivered

⚔️ Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

• The product is defective

• The wrong item was received

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
